As most of my music relies heavily on electronics, this collection of improvisations is in many ways an outlier. I'm definitely not a conventionally-great pianist, and I'm clearly neither pretending nor attempting to be one here. As I've spent a lot of time playing this beautiful Steinway upright as a form of journaling and free expression, it eventually felt appropriate (if also raw and exposed) to capture and share a bit of my playing. With only minimal cleanup and mastering, I've intended this release as a fairly raw document of the improvisational process.
